Buttercream Frosting
Serves: will frost 12-18 cupcakes, depending on how thick you frost
  • 2.5 cups confectioner sugar
  • ¾ cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  1. Cream sugar into softened butter on low until well-incorporated
  2. Increase speed to medium and blend about 3 minutes
  3. Add vanilla and cream and beat an additional minute
Tip: To make the frosting whiter, use either clear vanilla extract.
