Hot Head Demo + Giveaway! Deep Conditioning

Audrey Hot Head

I’ve been all about my deep conditioning routine lately. It gets so dry in Denver, especially in the winter, and my skin and hair feel it. Hot Head watched my deep conditioning hair routine video, so they sent me a microwavable hair cap it make my life a little easier.

Olive Oil and Honey Hair Mask

I whipped up a DIY hair mask made with honey and olive oil. Mix 1/2 cup olive oil with 1/4 cup organic honey and shake it up until completely blended.

Hot Head Microwavable Deep Conditioning Cap

To use your hot head, wash your hair and ring out the excess water. Apply your hair mask and cover with a plastic cap.

Put your Hot Head on a glass or ceramic plate in the microwave. Heat in 1000 watt microwave with elastic facing up for 30 to 45 seconds. Remove it and flip it inside out and shake it up. Pop back in the microwave for another 30 to 45 seconds. Repeat once more.

Put the hot head on over your shower cap. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes to let your mask do its work.

Remove the Hot Head at the end of the treatment and allow your hair to cool for five minutes before rinsing with cold water.

Ta da!

Urgh. This treatment is badly what I need. Can’t get enough with my hair. Truly a mess!
