Karora CC Cream is a color correcting cream for face and body. It blurs imperfections while hydrating skin. It comes in one shade that is supposed to be suitable for all skin tones and is water-resistant.
One shade? This may be the only thing I’m not over-the-moon about. It is very blendable, and you can blend it with a tanning mitt for an even smoother finish, but it didn’t exactly self-adjust to match my fair skin tone. With that being said, I can and will use this on my body. It’s close enough that I can get away with it. See for yourself. The top arm has no product, the bottom arm has the CC cream.
Color aside, THIS PRODUCT WORKS! I have Keratosis Pilaris, commonly called “chicken skin,” that causes keratin buildup in the hair follicle and results in red bumps all over my arms. I’ve tried plenty of creams and exfoliants for KP, but nothing has worked. I can’t seem to beat it, but finally I can cover it up!
Karora CC Cream flawlessly camouflages my Keratosis Pilaris. It’s like having new skin! The bumpy texture of my skin is the same, of course, but the cream dries to a nice satin finish that looks smooth from afar. Also, it’s water resistant, so it lasts all day.
Now the big question, does it transfer? I wore it with a black top one day and didn’t have any problems, but at some point I was leaning my elbows against my thighs, and color did transfer to my jeans. I noticed the same thing when I was was leaning my elbows on the table (bad manners!). Other than that, it didn’t transfer to any of the tops I wore.
Oh, and it smells awesome.
