Smoothies are a quick, simple answer to packing fruits into your diet, and the combinations are endless! Normally my morning smoothie of choice is a green monster with peanut butter, but sometime you just crave something sweet.
- 1 cup plain soy milk
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, halved
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sugar
- handful of ice
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
